The babies will be 2 weeks old tomorrow. One little guy opened his eyes today - he is so sweet!
Lil Miss M and our first eye opener!
Oh Goliath - you are such a big boy compared to the others!
She even wears them on her shirt her Daddy made her. Me? It's not visions of sugar plums that dance through my head when I lie down at night. It's puppies, and laundry, midnight feedings, are they warm enough, are they too warm, are they full enough....... Calgon take me away....................................
Warning: For those who ask "When are you going to have another baby"?
My reply: If I want to hear the pitter patter of little feet, I will put shoes on my dogs!!!!!!! LOL!
Here they are at 4 days old:
This is our little runt - she was 4.5 ounces at this weigh in.
This little girl looks just like her Mommy.
Group shot! (the dots on their backs are colored dots - that is how we tell them apart and keep up with feedings).
The fawn puppy in the top right corner is nicknamed "Goliath". Can you tell why? This little guy weighed a hefty 10 ounces on this day. The one underneath him is "Samson" - he was 8 ounces. Those are our two big guys. The rest of them weighed between 4.5 and 7.
The fawn puppies will get lighter in color as they get older and their little pink noses will turn black.
The proud mother! The Daddy is terrified of them so I haven't been able to get a shot of him by the playpen yet. What a deadbeat Dad huh?
Sweet little pug:
Needless to say our summer has been eventful so far!!
LulaBelle is the proud mother of SIX little pugs. Three fawn. Three black. Three boys. Three girls.
Here are the first two that were born - I love the way he has his "arm" around his sister:
Here is the first little black pug:
Here are the little bundles of joy:
Momma and babies are doing great. If anyone knows anybody interested in pure bred registered pugs - PLEASE let me know
Lil Miss M had a great year in 3rd grade. She loved her teacher and she loved the class work. Here are some pics of her and her achievements:
Yippee!!!! School's out for the summer:
